At Limited Run Games, we want you to be fully satisfied with your exclusive apparel; items can be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are in unworn, original condition. Please note that certain limited-edition drops may be final sale as indicated on the product page.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn apparel back into its original packaging, ensuring all tags and limited-edition inserts are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
